I had a perfect wedding day! I couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. I started out at my mother in law’s house with my MOH bringing me my favorite drink from Starbucks 🙂 I got my hair, and makeup was done by my cousin-in-law at home, and my photographer met us there. We had tons of food, fruit, and of course, mimosas! We went to the venue. It was pouring!! Of course, I didn’t even grab an umbrella. It all worked out for the best. My first look with my dad was perfect. Our photos all turned out so amazing! My actual wedding was a blast, and I was so glad it went too smoothly!!
I was really overwhelmed when I thought about going to try dresses on, but as soon as I stepped into Bridal and Formal, I realized I had no reason to be. My bridesmaids and my moms were all greeted with big friendly smiles. They were super busy, so I was concerned we’d have to wait even though I had made an appointment, but that wasn’t the case! I was assigned an incredible girl to help me find the dress of my dreams!! She was great. She let my friends/family help me choose dresses, and she did as well. She took me in the back and helped me change into the dresses I had chosen. I found the person that was my go-to right then. We just clicked, and I was so blessed to have found someone who just got exactly what I wanted in my mind! Maddy was awesome! She made me feel at home and less overwhelmed with the whole process.
Side note- I actually had found the dress I loved at another store, but the customer service was terrible, and I was highly disappointed, so I went to my next appointment, which was B&F! I am so glad I did not lose hope. I found the. Same. Exact. Dress. It was in color I wanted, and it was a few hundred dollars cheaper! I was thrilled and brought to tears, needless to say.
