Spencer and I met in high school; we are from the same hometown and went to prom together senior year. However, we did not start dating until our sophomore year of college. We became best friends and soul mates from then on out.
Spencer proposed to me on June 30th, 2020. We love listening to live music, and Spencer’s dad plays the guitar, so it is not unusual for him to get it out and start playing all the time. We were on the back patio and Spencer’s parents’ house, and Mark (Spencer’s dad) started playing “There was this Girl” by Riley Green. Suddenly, Spencer grabs my hand and gets down on one knee while my family starts coming in behind us as he asks me to marry him. Let’s just say it was an easy YES!
I really don’t know where to begin. July 17th, 2021, I married my best friend and experienced the best day of my life. This was the day I had been waiting for since I was a little girl. I have always dreamed of marrying the love of my life in a beautiful church, having an Enochburg wedding reception, and listening to Nuttin’ Fancy while dancing the night away. Well, I can now say it was everything I dreamed it would be and more. July 17th was indeed the best day of my life.
Bridal and Formal were amazing – They helped me find my perfect dress. The dress came in just when it said it would. I was never stressed when dealing with Bridal and Formal – Just what a bride needs! The sales consultants were terrific. She helped me find exactly what we wanted – I will recommend Bridal and Formal to everyone!
