WTOO Hampshire is merely ideal for the Bride who wants to look and feel like royalty on her big day. WTOO has taken this twirl-worthy skirt and paired it with an easy-to-wear bodice and sleeves. A thin velvet waistband tops the full tulle skirt, ending in a sweep train.
