Autumn and Brandin’s love story began at their workplace, the State of Kentucky’s Human Resources department. Brandin’s cousin, who also worked in HR, took pride in bringing them together. Although they started as colleagues and friends, their relationship quickly flourished into something more.
On July 4, 2021, Autumn and Brandin were enjoying a cookout at her mother’s house. As they sat down to eat with Autumn’s mother, grandmother, and a family friend, something seemed off with Brandin. He was sweating and unusually quiet. After Autumn finished eating, she went outside to sit on the patio, and the others followed suit a few minutes later.
Suddenly, there was a moment of silence, and Brandin got down on one knee, surprising Autumn with a proposal. Overwhelmed with emotions, Autumn said yes without hesitation.

Autumn and Brandin’s wedding day was an absolutely perfect celebration! The day began at the crack of dawn for Autumn, who woke up at 7 am to start the preparations with her bridesmaids. Thanks to the beautiful snowfall, the cold and gloomy day added to the event’s charm. The wedding theme was a chic black tie, with black and white colors and golden accents, exuding sophistication and glamour in every detail. The reception venue was adorned with lovely Baby’s Breath flowers, beautifully arranged in tall, clear vases, with warm firefly lights, creating a truly magical ambiance. It was a day of pure joy and love, and every detail was executed with confidence and perfection, making it an unforgettable day for everyone present.

Oh my goodness, my experience at Bridal & Formal was absolutely fantastic! The store was so beautiful, and I had so many dresses to choose from – it was incredible! The staff was excellent and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My consultant, Sam, was the sweetest and listened to what I wanted. She helped me find gorgeous dresses I would never have found alone. I must have tried on about 15 dresses, but I fell in love with the first one I tried on – can you believe it? It was a bit more expensive than I had budgeted, but Sam worked magic and made it happen. I left feeling like a million bucks with my dream dress.
