Jena and Christian’s love story took a magical turn at Grotto Falls in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Christian, ever the romantic, planned a surprise proposal at the scenic waterfall, hiring a photographer to capture the moment. Despite the challenging three-mile hike in dressy outfits and brand-new boots, Jena embraced the adventure with laughter. As Christian knelt and asked her to marry him, cheers erupted from onlookers, turning the proposal into a celebration. After a joyful engagement photoshoot, they found themselves alone in a sudden thunderstorm, laughing and splashing in the rain. Without cell service, they held onto their engagement as a sweet secret for a bit longer, making the moment even more special.
Six years before their first date, Jena and Christian celebrated their wedding surrounded by family and friends and the elegant backdrop of the Manor House in Mason, Ohio. This day was extra meaningful as Christian, a dedicated Army member, had been deployed overseas for 10 months leading up to the wedding. The long-distance relationship only strengthened their bond, and their reunion made the wedding day all the more joyous and memorable.
Under the timeless architecture of the Manor House, Jena and Christian exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony filled with love and joy. Beautiful floral arrangements from Majesty Floral Creations transformed the ceremony space into an elegant, romantic scene. Each moment was filled with emotion as Jena and Christian began their life together with the support of their loved ones.
The celebration continued with a lively reception at the Manor House. Thanks to Douglas Adam Entertainment’s incredible energy, guests enjoyed an evening filled with fun, laughter, and dancing. Their wedding cake, a masterpiece by A Spoon Fulla of Sugar, added a touch of sweetness to the night, while Flawless Artists ensured Jena looked radiant throughout the festivities. Jena and Christian were thrilled with how seamlessly everything came together, thanks to the talented team of vendors who made their dream day a reality.
The talented Motion Magic Studios captured every special moment, from the emotional ceremony to the laughter-filled reception. Blake preserved each beautiful detail with skill and artistry, allowing Jena and Christian to relive their wedding day for years to come.
Jena’s journey to finding her dream gown at Bridal & Formal was memorable. With the support of her stylist, Mariah, she found herself gravitating toward a dazzling gown, the Eddy K Avila. At first, Jena thought the gown was too dramatic for her style, but its sparkling, princess-like charm captivated her. Despite trying on other dresses, she couldn’t stop thinking about it and finally realized that this “just for fun” gown was actually her dream dress.
Mariah made Jena’s experience unforgettable, offering encouragement and patience as she explored different styles and options. With Mariah’s guidance, Jena could confidently say “yes” to her dream gown. Bridesmaid stylist Tessa also helped make the day special, assisting Jena’s bridal party in finding beautiful Bill Levkoff gowns in Slate, adding a touch of timeless elegance to the celebration.
