Olivia and Joshua’s first date at Cox Arboretum was anything but perfect. The date was so awkward that they didn’t speak to each other for several months afterward. However, fate had other plans. One day, during a rainstorm, Olivia and Joshua ran into each other at Target. From that moment on, they became inseparable. As their relationship blossomed, they often returned to Cox Arboretum to have picnics, stroll through the gardens, and read books together.
It was only fitting that Joshua chose Cox Arboretum as the setting for his proposal. The day of the proposal, however, brought a windstorm. Despite the challenging weather, Joshua was determined to proceed with his plan. He found a gazebo where they could have their picnic. Though they were cold, the moment was perfect and worth every shiver.
They celebrated their engagement at Salar, their favorite restaurant. The day became even more special when they discovered that Joshua’s brother had also gotten engaged that very same day!

Olivia and Joshua’s wedding day was nothing short of perfect. They made sure to invite the people who meant the most to them while also setting aside time to spend with each other alone. Although the day flew by, it was perfect in every way.
Their favorite moments included dancing the night away with their best friends and families, enjoying the mashed potato bar, and the personalized touches that made the day uniquely theirs. The music featured all their favorite songs, the bar served great drinks, and they spent quality time together at the perfect venue. The highlight was indulging in cupcakes from their favorite bakery, which was the cherry on top.
Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Olivia and Joshua focused on making it fun and prioritizing what was important to them. Olivia is incredibly thankful for her husband and their families, who helped every step of the way to make their wedding truly unforgettable.

I couldn’t have asked for a better day!
I absolutely loved my bridal consultant, Brooke! I initially thought I would have a long-sleeve gown with a ton of lace. When I was unhappy with any of those dresses, Brooke encouraged me to try on other dresses just for fun. Once I decided to do that, we immediately found the perfect dress!
It is such a special day to go shopping for dresses. Still, it is also overwhelming because you are looking for the dress you always envisioned yourself wearing!
