We were high school sweethearts. He graduated in 2015, and I graduated in 2016. We started dating in 2015. We got engaged in 2019 on July 4th, then married on September 26th, 2020.
We were having a 4th of July cookout at our house with friends. Before our friends came over, my mom, his mom, and both of my brothers came over. My mom’s excuse was she was coming over to help finish the cookout food, and his mom’s reason for coming over was to drop off dessert for the cookout. My mom told me, “Let’s go outside to see what your brother, Chris, and his mom are doing. When I stepped outside, they were standing behind his mom’s car, I came around the corner of the car, and Chris was down on one knee. He completely caught me off guard because he told me he wouldn’t propose until I graduated college in May of 2021.
We celebrated our engagement on July 4th with a cookout, and our family friends came over. It was the most perfect 4th of July we had.
Our wedding was everything we could have imagined. With Big thanks to our family & friends, our big day will be so memorable.
Megan Stotts’ reaction from my husband as I walked down the aisle makes me get tears in my eyes every time. Megan definitely outdid herself on our wedding photos. Our first dance was “Better together” by Luke Combs. We did a sparkler exit that was everything I dreamed of and more and slow danced in the middle to “Good as You” by Kane Brown.
Bridal and Formal made my guests and myself feel so comfortable. They went above and beyond in helping me find my dream dress for my wedding. The dress that I purchased from Bridal & Formal was everything & more.
My sales consultant was so kind and pleasant. She went above and beyond to reach my needs in finding the dress I wanted.
