Victoria and Andrew’s engagement story is incredibly unique. The moment happened at the breathtaking US National White Water Rafting Center near Charlotte, North Carolina. Andrew surprised Victoria with a trip to the center’s ice rink despite the cold weather. Their original plan to go to a warm cabin for the night was changed by a big snowstorm. But Andrew, in a truly romantic gesture, quickly devised a new plan that was absolutely perfect in every way!
