Steacy and Jacob’s love story reached a new milestone on October 21, 2023, when Jacob popped the question. The day started like any other, with dinner plans at one of their favorite restaurants, Nicola’s. After getting ready, they shared a glass of wine at home, talking and enjoying each other’s company. Jacob got sentimental, but it wasn’t until he reached into his jacket pocket that Steacy realized what was happening. He proposed right there, just the two of them, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The night continued with a celebration at Nicola’s, complete with a custom menu reading, “Congratulations Steacy & Jake.”
On July 13, 2024, Steacy and Jacob tied the knot in a beautifully intimate ceremony in Steacy’s parents’ backyard garden in Cincinnati, Ohio. The morning was filled with laughter and excitement as the bridal party got ready at the house, sneaking peeks out the window as the groomsmen arrived for pictures. Their close family friend officiated the ceremony, continuing a family tradition as he had also married Steacy’s brothers in previous years. It was a hot July day, but the warmth only added to the beauty of the moment.
After the heartfelt ceremony, guests made their way to the Lempicka by Jeff Ruby in downtown Cincinnati for an unforgettable reception. The evening was filled with fantastic food, heartfelt speeches, and a packed dance floor all night. The Lempicka’s stylish ambiance and top-notch service made it the perfect spot for Steacy and Jacob’s dream reception.

For Steacy, finding her dream gown was an experience she won’t soon forget. Having always known she’d look for her dress at Bridal and Formal, she was confident their wide selection would have something perfect. Her stylist, Lacrecia, was phenomenal in guiding the process. “She understood immediately what I was looking for,” Steacy shared. After trying on a few dresses, Steacy found herself gasping at the fourth or fifth gown—the one. She visited another bridal shop but returned to Bridal and Formal for her Bliss Monique Lhuillier gown, style BL20120. She paired it with a stunning Toni Federici veil, style Je T’Aime. “I couldn’t have been happier with what I chose,” she said, reflecting on her experience.
