Justin and Erin went to a birthday party and had a blast with their friends. That night, Erin knew she would marry Justin, even though the proposal wasn’t romantic. Justin and Erin had been together for seven years before getting engaged. They had discussed marriage before, but Justin liked to take his time. So, he picked his own birthday to surprise Erin and proposed to her when she was loading the dishwasher. When Erin turned around, she found Justin on one knee. How sweet is that!
Wow, what a magical day it was! Erin’s dream wedding took place on a beautiful September day, surrounded by her closest friends and loved ones. The morning started off with her bridesmaids and besties by her side in her childhood home, getting ready for the big day ahead. Hair and makeup artists arrived, followed by the talented photographer, Allison, who captured every moment perfectly. But as they say, time flies when you’re having fun! Before they knew it, it was time for Erin to slip on her gorgeous gown and head to the church in her hometown for the ceremony. A dear family friend officiated the wedding, making it all the more unique and heartfelt. After the ceremony, the wedding party hopped onto a trolley and went to Fort Wayne Country Club, where the reception was held. The country club’s stunning grounds provided the perfect backdrop for breathtaking photos! The reception was a dream come true for Erin and Justin. The beautiful floral arrangements created by Kari were simply excellent and added a touch of elegance to the whole event. Dinner and dancing followed, with a live band that kept everyone grooving. Erin and Justin’s wedding day was truly unforgettable, and they both wish to experience it again. It was a day filled with love, joy, and beauty!
Five years ago, my sister found her wedding gown at Bridal and Formal, which marked my journey’s beginning. As soon as we walked in, a dress on a mannequin caught my eye, but my sister had no interest in trying it on. I was fascinated by the dress and took a screenshot from the designer’s website to keep on my phone. When it was my turn to find my perfect dress, I couldn’t forget that screenshot and drove to Bridal and Formal for three hours for my appointment, hoping the dress was still available.
After trying on many dresses, I found one I liked, but it still didn’t compare to the dress on my phone. My consultant, Lacrecia, went above and beyond to find my dream dress, even looking in the resale section. She managed to get in touch with Eve of Milady and asked if they had a sample they could send. A few weeks later, the dress arrived at the shop, and we made the trip back.
As soon as I saw the dress on the hanger, I knew it was the one. It fit me perfectly, and I felt beautiful. While standing in front of the mirror, another bride walked by with a similar Eve of Milady dress with a detachable train. Lacrecia immediately grabbed the train and pinned it to my dress to create a stunning look, and I knew this was my dress.
On my wedding day, I received countless compliments on my dress, and I wish I could wear it every day. Lacrecia was fantastic, full of energy, and very supportive. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream gown at Bridal & Formal.
