Bridal and Formal was my second and final stop for finding my wedding dress. From the very beginning, Sandra and team made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride in every gown I tried on. Sandra’s eye for style and her magic touch for finding “the dress” is truly a gift. I couldn’t have done it without her! The whole experience made me feel like I stepped into the show “Say Yes to the Dress” and a bride couldn’t ask for anything better. From the very beginning, Sandra and team made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride in every gown I tried on. Sandra’s eye for style and her magic touch for finding “the dress” is truly a gift. Our sweet day was a December Dream! We celebrated our love with 100 of our closest family and friends who traveled from both coasts to be with us, most of whom met for the first time at our wedding. Jason & I’s relationship started as anything but normal. We met through our mutual friend’s snapchat story when I messaged my friend asking for the phone number of “that babe in the video.” He obliged and we started texting and Face Timing until I met him a month later in Corpus Christi, TX. Jason was training to be a Navy Pilot at the time, so we knew from the beginning this relationship was going to be long distance for us, and for our families, as he was in Washington and mine lived in Ohio. Oh, and I was currently living in Charlotte, NC. We dated for a year to the exact day when he surprised me on April 27th, 2018 in Charlotte at Freedom Park. We’d continue to date long distance up until the wedding, then the day after our wedding we’d road trip to Oklahoma City where he received orders to fly the Navy’s E6-B Mercury. I share our story because every single person at our wedding played a special role in the past 1.5 years of our journey to this magical day of December 29th, 2018. They have been so intentional and supportive every step of the way and have been our “home” where we come back to when we find ourselves flying around this crazy world because of our careers. They have helped us navigate through each day with the ultimate destination of following our heart and choosing each other. And on our special day, every person showed up to meet one another and celebrate the day Shannon and Jason Easter became one.
