When I visited Bridal and Formal, I did not intend to buy a dress that day and only wanted to try dresses on to get a sense of what I wanted. It was a rainy Tuesday and I was there with just my mom. Megan was my consultant and she was amazing! I had the store mostly to myself which made it so nice to be able to see most of the dresses and not be in the way of other brides. I tried on about 10 dresses and with Megan’s expertise, she was able to help me craft my perfect look by adding a removable coverlet and veil. It was the best experience because I was able to take my time and Megan really listened to my vision. Also, it turns out, Megan’s family is from the very small Kentucky town my husband is from so we quickly bonded over that! I cannot thanks Bridal and Formal, along with Megan, enough for helping me find the perfect dress.

The weekend before our wedding, the temperatures were in the upper 80s so we were worried we would have a hot fall wedding. However, on October 13th, temperatures were in the upper 50s with a beautiful blue, cloudless sky, which created the perfect backdrop for our day. There was absolutely no stress the day of so we were able to take in every moment. We, along with the bridal party, had so much fun taking pictures leading up to the ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful and our officiant, Terry Fields, helped celebrate our love with us. After dinner, we spent the entire night on the dance floor along with almost all of our guests. I don’t think we sat down once and it was amazing to have all of our friends and family with us. It was the perfect day and it went by too quick!
